The XR Foundation is dedicated to the development and proliferation of XR One, which is tailored to support game developers, publishers, and content creators. The foundation's strategic focus includes attracting third-party developers, facilitating effective marketing strategies for deployed games, and providing grants to web3 game developers. As the custodian of the blockchain and its associated token, the XR Foundation is responsible for the platform's integrity and stability, crucial for fostering trust and sustained growth.

In its role as a governance body, The XR Foundation manages the allocation and oversight of grants and administers the Play2Impact treasury. This involves a progressive decentralisation of XR One, aligning with the ethos of distributed governance characteristic of blockchain enterprises. The foundation is also tasked with the issuance and capitalisation of the $XR token, which plays a pivotal role in financing and advancing the XR One ecosystem.
