Advisors

Advisors will be added as needed to the Foundation to help with issues in gaming, web3, esports, community building and impact investing.

These advisors are individuals and separate from the council. They are available on an as-needed basis for their expertise, and feedback on proposals and XR One initiatives.

The registered office of the Foundation Company will be situated at the offices of Leeward Management Limited of 3119 9 Forum Lane, Camana Bay, P.O. Box 144, Grand Cayman KY1-9006, Cayman Islands.

The Foundation Company's initial secretary shall be Leeward Management Limited of 3119 9 Forum Lane, Camana Bay, P.O. Box 144, Grand Cayman KY1-9006, Cayman Islands or such other qualified person (as defined in the Foundation Companies Act, 2017) as the directors may at any time decide.

The Foundation Director(s) approve transactions from The XR Foundation and it's subsidiary's wallets;
