# Bridge

As an Arbitrum Orbit chain, the core bridging solution for XR One is the [canonical bridge](https://docs.arbitrum.io/launch-orbit-chain/how-tos/orbit-sdk-deploying-token-bridge) provided by Offchain Labs.

Due to the [challenge period](https://docs.arbitrum.io/intro/glossary#challenge-period) inherent in the Arbitrum protocol, withdrawals from XR One to Arbitrum One include a 1-week delay. To resolve this delay, the XR token natively integrates LayerZero's [OFT](https://docs.layerzero.network/v2/home/token-standards/oft-standard) standard in order to provide immediate bridging between XR One and Arbitrum One.

To scale XR as a multi-chain asset, more chains will be added to the XR OFT bridge in the future.
